The Samsung Instinct® s30™ is the latest addition to the award-winning touchscreen phone product line, offering the intuitive user experience of the original Samsung Instinct along with several powerful updates. The Samsung Instinct® s30™, with access to America’s most dependable 3G network, includes the popular Instant Messaging clients, a comprehensive HTML and Opera 4.2 Web browser, and the popular games “Guitar Hero–World Tour®” and “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” The smoother, more streamlined design comes in Cobalt Metal and Touch of Copper. The Samsung Instinct® s30™ provides immediate access to corporate calendar functionality through Microsoft® Outlook® and corporate email and contacts from Microsoft® Exchange Server and IBM Lotus Domino. Like its predecessor, the Samsung Instinct® s30™ provides localized haptic feedback from the Touchscreen, Live Search for Sprint directory and GPS assistance, Visual Voicemail, advanced stereo Bluetooth® and a 2.0 megapixel camera with camcorder.
In addition to all the features you have grown to love in the original Samsung Instinct, the Instinct® s30™ also features Sprint TV® with an exclusive selection of live and on demand programming, Sprint Music Store allowing users to wirelessly download full-length songs directly to their phone for only 99 cents, and several streaming radio applications, including Sprint Radio with more than 150 channels of sports, talk, and music. New for the Samsung Instinct® s30™ is a Speech to Action button providing many functions using voice activation including call, text, traffic, movie, sports, news and search. I do not care for this phone at all. My husband bought me the phone and the calls are dropped constantly, the phone freezes up, I have taken it in twice for service and I am now shopping for a new phone. Also it randomly dials people while just laying out on the table, very strange. I tried to return the phone when I had only had it for 6 weeks, but I was past the 30 day period. So I am thinking about getting the Samsung Moment, hope it's better.

Terrible coverage, Is my wife's phone, she gets dropped at home at the office. The battery seems to last only about a day.
